TERMS OF USE / SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT

Thanks for downloading, installing, using, or purchasing this product! By doing or continuing any of these actions, you agree to abide by the following terms between yourself and the author (Curry Kenworthy):

- Product is provided as-is without warranties. You accept full responsibility for any result of using the product. All sales are final. FAQ-level support is free, as deemed reasonable by the author; other support is available at an hourly rate. You, and not the author, will provide all end-user support for applications and services containing the product.

- If you receive a License key for this product, you will keep it confidential, not share it, and password protect any stacks or substacks containing it before distribution.

- Without registration, you can use the product in the LiveCode IDE for pre-distribution development and for strictly personal use.

- You agree to purchase the product if using it for standalones, mobile builds, or any type of software/service that will be used by others, whether for profit or not.*

(* Including but not limited to freeware, shareware, adware, commercial software, web-based software/services, or any commercial, consulting, or organizational uses such as workflow or education.)

- You agree to purchase the product for any non-personal use, even if an error or circumstance unintended by the author enables full usage of the product without registration. One license is required per developer. There is an upgrade fee per developer for new versions of the product.

- This product is intended for providing its features to the end-users of your applications or services, and not for providing its features to other developers. You agree not to use this product in another addon or development tool for LiveCode or other programmers, or a command line/scripting type tool for software developers, or an online URL that can be used in other products by developers, or in a way that competes with this product. Those uses require special explicit permission from the author, and you agree to abide by the author's decision in such cases.

- You will not reverse-engineer, clone, or hack this product, or distribute source code or License keys/generators for this product.

- This agreement will be governed by the legal jurisdiction of the author's current residence, and if any portion of these terms is found to be invalid, the remaining portions and the agreement as a whole will remain in effect.
